In the Presentations box, click the name of the Presentation given by your presenter.
This will begin an encrypted presentation between your and the presenter.
In the Session Key box, enter the Session Key given to you by your Representative to begin your session.
In the Representatives box, click the name of your Representative to begin your session.
In the Issue Submission box, click the Representative drop-down menu and select your Representatives name.
Complete the Issue Survey by entering your name, company name and description of your issue. Then click the Submit button to begin your session.
After following the instructions above, you will be directed to download and install a small Customer Client application on your computer.
You will need to follow all prompts while installing the application. If you are not seeing install prompts, ask your Representative for help.
When your session has ended, the Customer Client will be automatically uninstalled from your computer.
