Our Classes

VIKINGS FITNESS

Is a varied workout doing functional movements performed at high intensity. The movements reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more, testing the limits of your strength, speed and endurance! Class TIME: 90 Mins!

PILATES

Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Emphasis is on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core (abdominals and back) and improves coordination and balance.

YOGA

A combination of poses (hatha) as well as poses flowing in a progression from one to another, attention is given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness in observing breath and body.

BAR TONE

A weights class that builds strength and tones your body to be strong. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls with your choice of weight.

STEP/COMBO

Aerobic exercise using the step and hand weights, involves moves put together in a sequence to produce a routine to music.

SPIN/BAR

Combining 30 minutes of Cycling, with 30 minutes of weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

SPIN/CIRCUIT

Combining Cycling with Circuit training for body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high and low-intensity. Targeting strength building, fat loss or muscular endurance.

CARDIO/BOX

Using martial arts techniques to condition the whole body, building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination. Consist of variable heart rate work and actual boxing techniques.

Paula

Friday - Step/Combo
Having worked in the fitness industry for over 23 years, she is one of Australia’s leading Older Adult trainers, Paula has presented at fitness conventions, published in fitness journals on training over 50 years of age, originally trained as a social worker and counsellor, so she also has a broad understanding of the psychosocial issues associated with ageing. Paula is registered with Fitness Australia as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Group Fitness Trainer.

Deearnah

Deearnah has over 15 years’ experience in various capacities in the health and fitness industry and totally loves what she does. She is a Master Trainer, Certificate of Exercise and Fitness management, Personal Training and one on one Certificate, Strength and Sports Conditioning and Advanced programming Certificate, Rehabilitation and Nutrition Certificate, She is a Group Fitness Instructor in: Kettlebell Training, Chi-Ball, Pilates, Indoor Cycle, Yoga, Aqua, Boxing, Circuit/HIIT Training.

Titania

Tuesday - Bar Tone, Thursday - Yoga, Friday - Spin/Bar, Saturday - Pilates
Titania has 15 years experience, completing her Cert IV Fitness in 2004, ever since then she has been involved with personal training and teaching classes, her educational background includes a Degree in Nutritional Science, Diploma in Kinesiology & Mind-Body Medicine, Hatha Yoga, floor based Pilates and Les Mills Fitness Programs BodyPump, BodyStep, RPM & Zumba Dance Fitness.

Brodie

Monday - Circuit, Tuesday - Cardio/Box, Wed - Boxing, Thursday - Strength/Circuit
Brodie has 10 years experience in the fitness industry with a strong passion for resistance and strength training. He has completed a Level 4 Exercise Professional Cert and currently studying Neuro Physics Therapy. His approach to training is holistic based, using correct form, total control of the movement and posture, allowing clients to gain an in-depth mind-body connection, awareness to be centered and engaged throughout their workout. He has a strong background in boot camp, group training and boxing!

Cecilia

Monday - Circuit
Cecilia has a Cert 3 in Fitness and currently studying Cert 4 for Personal Trainer qualifications, she has more than 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, starting out as an Aquafitness instructor in France, Cecilia worked in the French army as a Sport instructor which gave her a strong background in Bootcamp, Running, HIIT training and Circuit.
